ConvertiHub is designed for temporary file processing. This policy explains which technical data is involved, how long it is kept, and when an external provider may participate.

Uploaded files and generated outputs

The files you upload and the outputs generated by the app are used only to complete the selected tool action.

  • Files are stored outside the public web directory.
  • They are not treated as a personal library or long-term storage space.
  • A cleanup routine removes temporary uploads and outputs after the configured retention window.

Cookies and technical data

The platform uses technical cookies and minimal operational data to keep the app working safely.

  • Session cookies are used to support the normal workflow.
  • CSRF protection is used to block unauthorized form submissions.
  • The site may log basic tool execution data for diagnostics and operational analytics.

API-based tools and ads

Some actions rely on a third-party API provider and the site may integrate AdSense if configured.

  • When a tool uses an external API, that dependency is disclosed inside the tool page.
  • If Google AdSense is enabled, Google may use its own technologies under its policies and consent settings.
  • Avoid uploading highly sensitive or regulated files to external tools if your internal policy does not allow it.
